Finally there is a eclipse plugin to support ssh2 (and key authentication!), without the annoying dos boxes popping up. Did not try it yet, but the idea is great alrady :)
See jcraft for the details and the eclipse bug database to keep up-to-date on when it gets into the main release of eclipse (also follow the duplicates for the full story).
